Mesquite Lake Power Plant – Imperial County, CA
The Mesquite Lake Power Plant burns cow manure and agricultural waste to generate steam in order to spin one steam-powered turbine. The plant has a maximum capacity rating of 18.5 MW.

Merchantable Timberland Acreage – Kittitas County, WA
Total of 116 legal parcels of vacant timberland totaling 50,272± gross acres located north and northwest of the City of Cle Elum in upper Kittitas County, Washington (USA).  Included highest and best use analysis for resort residential and timberland.

Copper Mountain – Copper Mountain, CO
Copper Mountain Ski Resort consists of 2,465 acres of leased and fee land with 126 ski trails. Improvements included East Village Base Lodge, Central Village Base Lodge, Union Creek Base Lodge, employee housing, an indoor ski, and skate facility, and an 18-hole golf course. Ancillary and associated improvements included all ski-related furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and machines and equipment (M&E).

Summerlin Master Planned Community – Las Vegas, NV
The premier Summerlin master planned community in Las Vegas had a projected 20± year development plan and consisted of 22,500 acres slated for 62,600 entitled residential lots (including premier custom detached and attached home sites and multi-family home sites), approximately 800 acres of entitled commercial land, a multitude of parks and recreation areas, a Red Rock hotel and casino, several other planned hotel/casino sites, championship golf courses, schools, and homes of worship.

Newhall Ranch Master Planned Community – Los Angeles County, CA
The Newhall master-planned community, located just east of Ventura County (west of Interstate 5 and south of State Route 126) in western Los Angeles County, was proposed for the development of residential and commercial properties on approximately 5,100 acres. The development was designed with four distinct villages, including Landmark Village, Mission Village, Homestead Village, and Potrero Village. Each village was to offer a unique theme and design to fit most lifestyles. As part of the planning process, Newhall Ranch was to include up to three community parks, ten neighborhood parks, a public library, a golf course, walking and biking trails, and acres of preserved natural areas.

Madi K Chocolate Almond Clusters Plant – Los Angeles County, CA
Madi K Chocolate Almond Clusters Plant produces a wide variety of almond products including concessionary and seasoned nuts snacks. The project consisted of processing plants (totaling approximately 98,000 square feet) and related machinery and equipment (M&E). Agriculture crops in Central Valley supplied the raw material and shipped to the processing plant for final production.

Woodward Camps – Tehachapi, CA and Woodward, PA
The Woodward Camps are high-end action and recreation camps providing training and recreational programs for youths interested in gymnastics, BMX biking, skateboarding and more. Camp Woodward in Centre County, Pennsylvania, consists of 210.26± gross acres and has a variety of improvements including cabins and staff/visitor lodging, various gyms, a bowling alley, outdoor skate parks and BMX bike courses, horse facilities, and digital photography facilities. Camp Woodward West in Kern County, California, consists of 94.42± gross acres and is improved with similar recreational improvements.
