Appraisal Reviews
Appraisal reviews are performed under USPAP guidelines under Standards 3 and 4. A complete and detailed summary of compliance, or non-compliance is based on USPAP standards for Development of, and Reporting of the appraisal analysis and conclusions. Reviews are also provided for UASFLA (Yellow Book) under Guideline 3. Both USPAP and UASFLA standards can be reviewed in a single report. Reviews of appraisals have been completed for State and Federal Agencies, Lenders. Litigation, and eminent domain.

Education & Training
