Emily Ming has 6 years of appraisal experience with a variety of property types including vacant land, commercial sites, agricultural land with permanent plantings, water rights and mineral rights valuation throughout the State of California. Prior to serving as an Appraiser for The Doré Group, Emily worked for Alliance Appraisal, LLC as an Appraiser and Alliance Ag Services, LLC as a salesperson. Ms. Ming became a Certified General Appraiser in April of 2016 and is working towards getting her Accredited Rural Appraiser designation through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Emily is a graduate of San Diego State University, completing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration.

Laura has been working with Lance W. Doré since graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2000. In her role as Managing Analyst, she provides assistance on appraisals of various property types, including conservation land,  general commercial, and multi-family properties. Additionally, she assists in client development and works procurement with a specific focus on government contracts.

Nicolette has an ideal educational background to prepare her for a career in the real estate industry including a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology (from California State University – Sacramento) and an Associates of Science in Exotic Animal Training and Management (from Moorpark College). She has completed 180 hours of coursework from at the Appraisal Institute and has been a member since 2010. She has been an analyst with The Doré Group for 7 years.

Gary London is President of London Moeder Advisors, a diversified real estate strategic advisory, development management, investment, capital access and analysis firm whose clients include investors, developers, lenders and public agencies. In practice as an analyst and strategic advisor for four decades, Mr. London is well known throughout the U.S. as a counsel to many of the nation’s largest investors, lenders and practitioners. He has a reputation as a prescient, forward thinker who translates opportunities (or problems) into profits.

Mr. London is an Instructor at The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, University of San Diego as well as a Professor at Arizona State University’s graduate program in real estate development(MRED). He taught at the University of California, San Diego Extension for 24 years. Previously, he was West Region Director of Real Estate Consulting for Price Waterhouse and Executive Director of The Goodkin Group.

He is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley and received his Master’s degree from San Diego State University. A “Distinguished Toastmaster” in Toastmasters International, Mr. London speaks regularly to industry and business organizations, frequently writes and is often quoted in the media, and is a columnist for the San Diego Business Journal. He is also featured in the San Diego UnionTribune’s weekly “EconoMeter” sharing his views on the great economic issues of our time. He was featured on CBS Evening News “Eye On America” for his commentary on the real estate market and has also testified before the House of Representatives Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs. In 1995 he was featured in the San Diego Business Journal’s “Who’s Who In San Diego”; and was honored as “Member Of The Year” in 1996 from the San Diego Land Economics Society (Lambda Alpha International).

Nathan L. Moeder

As Principal of London Moeder Advisors, Nathan Moeder is a strategic consultant and real estate economist whose clients include real estate developers, investors, corporations, financial institutions, businesses and public agencies. Project assignments span all real estate sectors including residential developments, office buildings, industrial, hotels retail and mixed-use projects. He brings extensive experience and financial expertise as an advisor and analyst to successful projects and assignments throughout North America.

Mr. Moeder is a real estate finance, investment, and valuation expert. His experience in the finance realm ranges from working with institutional Wall Street firms on international deals to small entrepreneurial investment groups. He specializes in evaluating project feasibility and acquisition strategies, as well as structuring joint ventures and debt layers for projects.

He teaches real estate finance at the University of San Diego for the MBA program and the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate. He is also an instructor at the University of California, San Diego Extension for Investment and Development Feasibility, Real Estate Economics, and Financing Urban Development. He also instructs at Woodbury School of Architecture for Real Estate Finance and Development.

Mr. Moeder is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the board of the San Diego / Tijuana District Council and is the ULI Young Leaders Chair. He is a ULI Panel Advisory Services Honorary Associate and has participated in advisory panels in the continental U.S., most recently being in Meridian, Mississippi.

Mr. Moeder has been quoted in the San Diego Union, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Baja Times, California Real Estate Journal, National Real Estate Investor, Meridian Star, San Diego Daily Transcript, and San Diego Business Journal. Radio and TV appearances have included: Channel 39 KNBC, Channel 10 KABC, Channel 8 KFMB, Channel 9 KUSI.

Mr. Moeder received his Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) in 2006 from the University of San Diego; B.A. in Economics with a concentration on mathematical theory in 1998 from the University of San Diego.
